Would you like to be part of the excitement of the day but don’t want to run? Why not volunteer to be part of the race crew and help make the event a success! It takes a lot of people to ensure the event runs smoothly, so becoming a volunteer means you play an active role in the overall success of the event, while also allowing you to support your friends and family.

Positions that need filling on the day are:

  • Course marshals: We require volunteer marshals in order to operate the event safely and ensure that all runners stay safely on the course.

You don’t need much volunteer experience to take part in the 13K race as a volunteer. You just need to be available for two to four hours on Sunday 23 May and be willing to join in the fun!

Volunteers should be over the age of 18 on the day of the race or should be part of a recognised group under the supervision of a leader over the age of 18.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a marshal at the Durrell Challenge 2021.

This fantastic event is a highlight of our year and supports our vital work saving species from extinction. If you want to become a Durrell Challenge volunteer, please complete the following application form and return it to info@doitfordurrell.com

We will be in touch closer to the event with further details regarding your role.
